Description: Fiebing's Leather Balm with Atom Wax is a specially formulated liquid wax finish designed for coloring, softening, and polishing smooth leather articles. It can be buffed to achieve a rich, soft, velvety luster. Note that Leather Balm with Atom Wax is not a water-resistant top finish.
How to Use This Product:
- Clean the leather surface thoroughly to remove any dirt or grime before application.
- Apply the Leather Balm with Atom Wax using a clean, soft cloth or sponge. Work in a circular motion to ensure even coverage.
- Allow the balm to penetrate the leather for a few minutes.
- Buff the leather with a separate clean, soft cloth to bring out a rich, velvety luster. Continue buffing until you achieve the desired shine.
- For added layers of finish or deeper color, apply additional coats of the balm. Allow each coat to dry and buff it as described above before applying the next.
Regular Maintenance:
- To maintain the appearance and condition of your leather, use Fiebing's Leather Balm with Atom Wax regularly, especially after cleaning the leather or when you notice it becoming dry or dull.
- Store the Leather Balm with Atom Wax in a cool, dry place to keep the formula effective.
- Avoid exposing the treated leather to water, as this product is not water-resistant. If water resistance is needed, consider using a different top finish after applying the balm.
